Sullivan County Lands Large-Scale Industrial Park
A major economic announcement just took place in Sullivan County. Heartland Industrial Park is the site of a $65 billion phased data center development. The project will create up to 2,750+ peak construction jobs and 500 permanent local positions. The development team is working with the county to maximize the project's long-term economic benefit for the community. Community benefits include $50M Investment in Sullivan County infrastructure, 15 acres donated for a new fire station and $4.5M in charitable contributions.
