The West Central Indiana Regional Plan provides a unified strategy to strengthen the region's economy, improve the quality of life and position our communities for long-term growth.

Developed through collaboration between residents, business leaders, educators and local governments, the plan aligns Clay, Parke, Sullivan, Vermillion and Vigo counties around shared priorities that help the entire region move forward together.

By focusing on measurable goals, regional investment and coordinated action, the plan provides a clear framework for expanding opportunity and building a stronger future for West Central Indiana.
