Target Coming to Terre Haute

Gibson Development has secured Target to anchor a new development, named Lost Creek Landing, on Terre Haute’s east side. The site is located along Indiana 46 near New Margaret Drive, less than a mile from I-70. The location is part of a broader vision to establish the east side as a hub for retail, services and continued commercial investment. The new retail site, anchored by Target, includes six frontage outlots and adjacent retail space ranging from 1,600 to 20,000 square feet. The project represents a continuation of Gibson Development’s strategic effort to bring long-term investment to the Indiana 46 corridor.
